Product Information

Kasaa Designs offers plated fashion jewellery, including necklace sets, earrings, bangles and other fashion accessories. Our jewellery may contain artificial or simulated stones and other decorative materials unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, colours and other details. However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

  • Minor variations in finish, stone placement, texture, pattern or dimensions may occur.

Jewellery Care and Usage

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted

  • May be withdrawn or modified before an order is placed

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation only acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when it is successfully processed for fulfilment or shipped. We may cancel or refuse an order because of:

  • Payment failure

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You are responsible for confirming that your name, delivery address, PIN code, telephone number and email address are correct before placing an order. Kasaa Designs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and timeframes displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-location restrictions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping and Cancellation and Refund Policies.

Customers should inspect the outer package at delivery. If a package appears opened, damaged or tampered with, it should be refused whenever reasonably possible and reported to us promptly.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
