Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun and the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Custom orders, once confirmed and moved into production, cannot be canceled under any circumstances due to their personalized nature.

Returns

We accept returns only in the event that the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description. Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

  • You must record unboxing video of product 

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made dioramas

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on sale or during clearance

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card statement

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank

  3. If unresolved, email us at kasaadesigns@gmail.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us and return the item to: 📍 216 16th main, 19th cross, HSR layout, Sector 3, Bangalore 560102, Karnataka

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return a product, ship it to:

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from it.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over ₹5,000. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
